The CCLR is involved with a number of global education projects, including:
Reference Sight - A comprehensive collection of references and resources on contact lenses, refractive surgery and external ocular disease, featuring a gallery of clinical photographs in addition to an extensive database, updated weekly.
The Official Site of Silicone Hydrogel Lenses - An independent resource providing up-to-date information about silicone hydrogel lenses, including editorials, first-person accounts "from the practice," article reviews and more. Developed and maintained with Vision CRC in Sydney, Australia.
The Global Contact Lens Education Program (GCLEP) - Dedicated to developing and delivering education on silicone hydrogel lenses, in the form of seminars, workshops and interactive technology.
The International Association of Contact Lens Educators (IACLE) - An educational association dedicated to raising the standard of contact lens education and promoting the safe use of contact lenses worldwide.
