Alisa likes to think of herself as the CCLR's Clarity Geek. Many of her acquaintances are shocked to hear that she actually enjoys her job, which consists of writing reports, publications and promotional material, and editing research documents. Most of the time, she likes to compare her job to working on crossword puzzles - a good thing. It's not always fun and games, though: As Fran Lebowitz said, "… A career in letters is not without its drawbacks -- chief among them the unpleasant fact that one is frequently called upon to sit down and write". Heh. |
