Ping Situ was a China-trained Ophthalmologist and came to the University of Waterloo, Canada to pursuit her M.Sc. study in Vision Science in 1993. She has become a Research Associate at the Centre for Contact Lens Research at the University of Waterloo since she completed her graduate study. She is currently a Senior Research Associate and her research interests are primarily in the areas of contact lenses and refractive surgery.
