Doris was a Research Associate with the Centre for Contact Lens
Research till JUne 2003. She graduated from the University of Waterloo with her Doctor of
Optometry in 1994. Prior to that, Doris received her B.A.Sc. and M.A.Sc.
in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and worked in
industry as a Systems Engineer for three years. Doris' research interests
included corneal topography, contact lens materials and designs, correction
of presbyopia with contact lenses, and ocular comfort.
